Swastika National School organized a training programme on Effective Public Speaking on 18 and 19 December 2021 as a joint venture with Rotary Club Mangalore City and Rotary Club Downtown. The programme was inaugurated by Rotarian Yathish Baikampady. He highlighted the fact that the art of speaking was not an inborn talent, but programmes like these would help one to become a good public speaker. Sri Laxman Kunder, Founder and Chief Editor of V4 Channel was the chief guest and main speaker on the occasion. Dr Ranjan and Rtn Ganesh Bhandary, President of Mangalore Downtown were the guests on the occasion. Sri Suraj Hebbar, Sri Yekanath Dandikere and Nithin Kamath were present on the occasion.
The Chief Trainer Dr Raghavendra Holla N remarked that every student could develop his personality through such training. Dr Malini N Hebbar and Pooja Rao were also the trainers along with the Pilot Trainer Dr Raghavendra Holla N. A variety of input and output sessions along with various activities were held on these two days. On the second day, an outbound training was also held at Panambur Beach by JCI Sen. Subhash Bangera, Entrepreneur and National Trainer, JCI India. In order to build confidence and spirit of competition among students, Cheer up games and exercises were organized by the trainer. The programme was hosted by Raghunandan Sharma, Shivapriya and Inzil Pinto.
