A 10 days Online Orientation Program SWADHYAYA- SELF STUDY was organized from 16th September to 26th September. Each day was handled by 3 different experts from different Industries. The orientation program was conducted to facilitate the students to know about the career path in the field of Commerce, Management and Social work.
The first-day Industrial expert was CA. SS Nayak, Chairman of ICAI, Mangalore, Soft skill trainer was JCI Senator Ameet K. Hingorani, JCI Designer, JCI Certified National Trainer, Proprietor of Spectrum Electronics, Coimbatore and the Subject Speaker was Kishan N Rao, Lecturer of Swastika National School and Manager of Swastika Digital Marketing.
The second-day Industrial expert was Ronald Mascarenhas, Senior General Manager, Human Resources and Admin of Syngene International Limited. Soft skill trainer was Deepak Raj, Assistant Professor, Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering of Alva’s Institute of Engineering and Technology and the Subject Speaker was Rajeshwari D. Shetty, Principal of Swastika National School and National Trainer of JCI India.
The third-day Industrial expert was Dr. Raghavendra, Associate Professor, Department of Commerce of Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Soft skill trainer was Adv. AV Vaman Kumar, Advocate, Past National President of JCI India, an International Trainer and Motivational Speaker and the Subject Speaker was Usha Rani, Lecturer of Swastika National School
The Fourth-day Industrial expert was CA. Abdur Rahman Musba, Finance Head of Cardolite Speciality Chemicals India LLP (A unit in MSEZL), Soft skill trainer was Sumanth Shetty BHM, Sales Manager of Taj Group of Hotels and the Subject Speaker was Tini D’Costa, Lecturer of Swastika National School and Chief Consultant of Swastika Start-ups.
The Fifth-day Industrial expert was Ashish Suresh, HR- Generalist of Davanam Sarovar Portico Suites, Bangalore, Soft skill trainer was Venugopal S J, Behavioural Training Facilitator, People Development Consultant and the Subject Speaker was Prathibha, Research Scholar at Srinivas University.
The Sixth-day Industrial expert was U.N. Maiya, Retired Deputy GM of Canara Bank, Soft skill trainer was JC Dheerendra Jain, Assistant professor of Alva’s College of Nursing, Moodbidri, Motivational Speaker, National Trainer of JCI India and the Subject Speaker was Shanthi Kumari.
The seventh-day Industrial expert was Vathika Pai, Head of Nirmala Travels, Proprietor of Vathika International Travels, Soft skill trainer was Tanuja Maben, Educational Trainer, Founder of FORRADER Akademi and the Subject Speaker was Pooja S, Lecturer of Swastika National School, and Manager of Swastika e-learning Institute.
The eighth-day Industrial expert was Dr. R. Shivappa, Registrar & Professor of Social Work University of Mysore, Soft skill trainer was Praveen Udupa, Founder and Technical Director of A1 Logics, and the Subject Speaker was Pooja Rao, Lecturer of Swastika National School.
The ninth day Industrial expert was Shyam Prasad Rao, Retired Assistant General Manager of Syndicate Bank, A Government Owned Bank, Soft skill trainer was Dr. Rameela Shekhar, Mental Health Professional and Trainer at Manashanthi Counselling, Research and Training Centre, Mangalore and the Subject Speaker was Divya, Lecturer of Swastika National School.
The tenth-day Industrial expert was CA. M. N. Pai, CA, Director of Achal Group of Companies, Soft skill trainer was Shoba G. Rao, Founder of Smilemakers, Mangalore and International Trainer, the Subject Speaker was Dr. Raghavendra Holla N, Chairman of Swastika Charitable Trust ® and COO of Swastika Consultancy services, Zone Trainer of JCI India.
