The NSS volunteers of Swastika National School have taken up the challenge of promoting the idea of ‘Swacha Mangaluru’ to help keep the city clean. In this regard, they performed the first of their street plays near Urva Bus Stand on February 15. Around 20 students participated in the street play which was well received by the audience. These students were given a 10- day training session under the guidance of Drama artist, Vinod Shetty. More than 100 people actively watched and listened to the street play conducted by the students.
