Swastika National Business School hosted SPARK 2025 – Inter-Collegiate Management Fest on April 21, 2025, at the scenic Swastika WaterFront, Sulthan Bathery, Mangalore. The event brought together students from various institutions for a day filled with learning, leadership, creativity, and spirited competition.
The fest was formally inaugurated by Kalladka Prabhakar Bhat, President, Vivekananda Vidyavardhaka Sangha®, Puttur. Ravindra Alva, Director, Sooryeshwar Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., graced the occasion as Chief Guest, and Raju B. S, General Manager – Operations, Karnataka Bank Pvt. Ltd., joined as Guest of Honor. Their inspiring messages encouraged students to embrace innovation, professionalism, and ethical leadership as essential traits for future managers.
Following the inauguration, the campus came alive with the vibrant Spark Spice – Food Fest 2025, which ran from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. The riverside venue buzzed with diverse culinary stalls, enthusiastic students, and visitors from the community.
Amidst the festive energy, an impactful Input Session on “Disruptor’s Mindset” was conducted at 10:00 AM. Led by two esteemed resource persons from JCI India—Mr. Venu G, Behavioral Training Facilitator and National Trainer, and Mr. Varun Prabhu, CEO of ExuBranD and Zone Trainer—the session offered powerful insights into innovation, strategic disruption, and adaptive thinking. It equipped participants with a forward-thinking outlook essential for modern business leadership and set the tone for the competitive events that followed.
The day culminated with SPARK 2025: The Ultimate Management Challenge, featuring a series of thoughtfully curated rounds that tested participants’ skills in strategy, marketing, finance, HR, and problem-solving. Teams demonstrated impressive teamwork, creativity, and critical-thinking abilities as they competed before an expert panel. A Live DJ and Boating session at the WaterFront added a refreshing recreational element, blending learning with leisure and enhancing the overall experience for participants.
