The Department of Commerce and Management of Poornaprajna College (Autonomous), Udupi, organized a Soft Skill Development Program for the first-year B. Com and BBA students of Swastika National Business School on 16 May 2025. The session aimed to strengthen essential interpersonal and communication skills, fostering professional confidence and employability among students.
The program was conducted under the guidance of peer educators — Adithya M. C. Bhat, Prathvi Nayak, Jyothsna S. Kotian, Akash Prasad, and Jayashankar K. S. These young facilitators engaged the participants through interactive activities, role plays, and group discussions focused on teamwork, time management, leadership, and effective self-presentation.
