Workshop titled I Am a Senior for the final-year students of the 2025–26 was organised on 2 July 2025 at Swastika Waterfront, Sulthan Bathery. The programme focused on preparing students for their final year by enhancing confidence, leadership skills, and a sense of responsibility.
The session was conducted by Dr. Raghavendra Holla N, Chairman of Swastika National Business School and an experienced trainer. Through interactive discussions and engaging activities, he guided students on self-awareness, goal setting, teamwork, and professional conduct. His motivational approach encouraged students to take charge of their personal growth and act as role models for their juniors.
