Faculty Knowledge Exchange Visit was organised to LEAD College (Autonomous), Palakkad, Kerala, one of the leading B-Schools in the region, on 5 July 2025. The visit aimed to foster academic collaboration, share best teaching practices, and strengthen institutional ties between reputed business schools in South India.
During the visit, faculty members engaged with the academic and administrative teams of LEAD College to discuss innovative teaching methodologies, curriculum design, research initiatives, and student development programmes. The interaction offered valuable insights into evolving trends in management education and effective pedagogical approaches. The visit provided a meaningful platform for mutual learning and opened avenues for future collaborations in areas such as faculty development, joint research, and student exchange initiatives. Faculty members appreciated the warm hospitality extended by LEAD College and found the experience enriching and professionally rewarding.
