On August 28, 2024, Swastika National Business School hosted a Faculty Development Programme themed “Train the Trainer”, attended by 50 PU lecturers. Graced by eminent dignitaries, the event emphasized innovative pedagogy and educator roles. A new academic book launch added scholarly value, making the session a platform for capacity-building, academic inspiration, and collaboration among commerce educators and institutional leaders shaping future-ready teaching practices.
