To uplift students to offline classes after the pandemic lockdown and to motivate, influence and build confidence in them, the NSS unit of Swastika National School in association with Indian Society for Training & Development organized a half day workshop on Effective Communication & Leadership Training Programme – IGNITE on 26 August 2021. Dr Molly S Chaudhuri, Director, Manel Srinivas Nayak Institute of Management was the chief guest. Speaking on the occasion, Dr Molly Chaudhuri stressed the importance of communication and leadership in the modern business world. Ms Preetham Kamath, a Behavioural Trainer & Counsellor was the trainer for the day. She conducted the session with various activities in which all the students actively participated. Dr Raghavendra Holla, Chairman, Dr Malini N Hebbar, Principal and Vidyalaxmi P Shetty, NSS officer were present.
