Workshop titled “Vision Quest: Turning Initiative into Vision” on 21 July 2025 was organised at Swastika Waterfront, Sulthan Bathery, Mangalore, as part of its ongoing efforts to promote leadership and personal development among students.
The programme was inaugurated by Mr. Bindusara Shetty, Principal of Sarojini Madhusudhan Kushe PU College, Mangalore, who encouraged students to dream big and convert their aspirations into actionable visions. Mrs. Seema Prabhu S, HOD of Business Administration, Canara College, Mangalore, graced the occasion as the Guest of Honour and highlighted the importance of clarity, focus, and consistency in achieving long-term success.
The session was led by Mr. Shubash Bangera, Entrepreneur, Soft Skills Facilitator, and Performance Advisor, who delivered an inspiring and interactive presentation on building initiative, effective goal-setting, and transforming ideas into practical outcomes.
