The one-day workshop – ‘Lead to change – make an impact, inspire your organisation and get to next level’, held on 29 June 2022 benefited the staff of SNS and Swastika Consultancy Services. Mr Ronald Mascarenhas, Sr General Manager, Syngene International Ltd was the Inaugurator. Shri Krishna Upadhyaya K, Correspondent, SNS was the Chief Guest. Ms Sandhya Varma, Acc ICF Certified Life & Executive Coach, JCI India and Trainer & Author was the resource person. The session was conducted to motivate and inspire the staff to adapt to the current changes, for self development and for the development of the organisation.
